The hotel was nice and clean but the parking was frustrating. We didn’t realize the parking garage doesn’t have an elevator until we got all the luggage and double stroller unloaded. It was a hassle getting up stairs with two kids and everything else. Besides that it was in a good location for a concert at golden one. The staff wasn’t super helpful either.

This was a great option for us due to its proximity to Golden 1. It was a short 7-10 minute walk and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The layout was a little strange, and it was a little small, but again, it was a great stay and the staff were lovely, professional and personable.

This hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.

The hotel is very nice and the staff members were welcoming and helpful! The location of hotel valet was a bit difficult to find as they move locations through the day. I would recommend and stay at this location again!

We had a double queen room booked with breakfast, upon arrival we were told that they have sold out and gave us a king with sofa bed, we were 4 adults and this made it so hard for us. Also, manager was not present and we asked for someone for help, but they even couldn’t contact the manager. They told us they can’t do anything and forced us to stay the room they provided. There were no blankets on the sofa bed and also the sheets weren’t cleaned properly. Breakfast was very basic compared with other times of my stay at Marriott. We were told that they will fully refund our first night stay, still waiting for the refund. Please help to follow up and refund the money to my account. Overall experience was not satisfactory based on my previous experience with Marriott group.

The area of the hotel is super dirty with a lot of homeless people and smells like pee. The hotel itself is very nice.
