Had no hot water in my room Had to change rooms at 10pm Didn’t like the bathroom sink in the middle of the room. 2nd room wasn’t like that Also, had to wait at lobby desk for 7+ min for someone to come out and check me in I would not recommend friends to stay there

Our stay at the AC hotel was absolutely perfect. What made the stay so incredible was the service of one of your front desk associates, Michael. He went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of. His actions alone ensure that every time we come to Sacramento, we will stay at the AC hotel.

Just ok

No pillow cases on the pillow. No cups in the room for coffee or drink. Overpriced. I get it tho. Jack up the rates for a show at Golden One Center. It is walking distance to food and the venue. It’s a small room for a pricey hotel.
