Welcome to easy living in this upscale, homey cottage and lush private fenced garden. Living area is furnished with comfortable stylish pieces, 55" TV has 220 Cable channels, PLUS Prime, Peacock plus Netflix are set to view with no passwords needed. Fast WiFi is included.
Rest your head on a King Serta bed with crisp 100% cotton sheets. Bedroom has black out drapes, ceiling fan and room to unpack with a walk-in closet & dresser.
Bath has 100% Cotton towels, a tiled tub/shower combo.
Kitchen has Gas range w/oven, refrigerator/freezer and Microwave, stocked with dinnerware, pots & pans/utensils, Keurig Coffee Maker, Basic coffee and cooking oil/spices are provided.
Nest controlls the cottages own central Heat and Air conditioning unit.
Private driveway is yours for safe off street parking. Patio/Yard is Private and fully Fenced for furry family’s safety.
Built in 2007 as an attached in-law quarters, it has it’s own front and back door and is separated from the front house by a shared laundry room/hall.
Walk to Old Town Roseville and enjoy it's many great restaurants. The town square boasts Open Air Concerts, car shows, beer gardens, craft fairs & movie nights. ALL Free!!! Or you may enjoy a leisurely hike/bike ride along the creek on Miner's Trail. Two Hospitals, Sutter and Kaiser, are within 2 miles. Placer Fair Grounds and American raceway are just a down the street. Auburn is 13 miles, Newcastle is 6 miles. It’s a bit over an hour to take in the majestic Sierras.

Roseville is the home of Southern Pacific Railroads and you will hear trains while at the cottage.
Friendly, trained, groomed pets are welcome. Multiple pets and those over 45 Lbs will need prior approval and fees may apply.
We offer great rates for an extended stay, HD washer and dryer are available for stays over 6 days.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie's Cottage! It was very clean and well appointed. The decor was very cute and even decorated for the Halloween season. The king size bed was very comfortable. The weather was beautiful during our visit and the backyard was enjoyable to sit in. The home is in a convenient location to get around the Roseville area. It was perfect for my husband and myself.Thank you for making your space so inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a Great Stay!

This little cottage was perfect for what we needed. When I tell you Faye thought of everything I mean *everything*. There was a lovely gift basket, every toiletry item imaginable, I don't think I've ever seen a place so well set up. The little garden outside is beautiful, the neighborhood is really nice too. Everything was perfect and Faye was very friendly but also let us keep to ourselves which I appreciated since I'm definitely on the shyer side. 100/10 would stay again! Thank you, Faye!

A Bit of Heaven

This was one of the nicest vacation stays I've ever had! The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need for comfort (and even luxury - the bedding was exquisite!) The TV offered all of the streaming options. The WiFi worked perfectly. The private yard/garden was truly lovely -- also quiet and peaceful like the cottage. And the host was friendly and instantly responsive. I can see why this property has gotten so many 5 star ratings, and I can't wait to return!

Location was close to our family and friends. Neighborhood had lots of parked cars.We appreciated the extra touches with hangers, soap, and treats. Cottage was cute and clean having everything you need. We would recommend regular coffee though.

Cozy cottage was very clean and comfortable. It had a very comfortable bed and we slept very well. We appreciated the extra touches: lights left on, snacks and bottled water, parking right in the driveway and visible from window. Very cute and well maintained backyard. Great Stay!

Had an excellent time staying in this quaint VRBO. The host was extremely thoughtful in her step-up of the space. Had lots of amenities that made it very easy for our young family to stay. Would highly recommend!!

What a cute little cottage with all of the comforts of home and clean!!!. The bed was comfy and we slept so well with peace and quiet. We loved having a kitchen and well stocked with pots, pans and etc. Faye was very responsive when I messaged her. I give this stay a 10/10. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Faye is Fantastic

Faye made out extended stay to visit our new grandson a pleasure and delight. The use of the grill allowed us to have them over to visit some. All that we needed was there and her attention to detail was superb.
