Disappointed
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsReally nice place but either very understaffed, poorly trained staff, or just badly chosen hires. Called prior to our stay, put on hold for 15 minutes and then I hung up and called back; no answer just immediately put on hold. Never got to speak with a person. Front desk clerk would disappear for 20 minutes with no one manning the desk. Coffee and breakfast items not replenished after 8am (breakfast until 9:00). Pets allowed in food serving area.

Excellent room, except that it was a handicap-accessible room located as far as possible from the elevator. I can barely walk, so to have to walk that far from the elevator to my room was difficult. I'll know not to ask for the handicap-accessible room next time. However, that was my only complaint. Otherwise, it's fine.

Driver that picked me up a tthe airport followed the arrival of my airplane that was late, yet was at the bagage and pickup area with 10-minutes.

Everything is clean, convenient and comfortable
The staff is friendly and there to help. Just ask.
I have my dog with me and requested a first floor room, I got it. It is also near an exit and my car is right by the exit door. Very convenient.
