White stain on furniture in room, hook on door falling off, dirty microwave, shower nozzle broken, cracks in bathroom tile, no smart tv - tv has two remotes. Everything is old and worn. Shabby. Key cards don’t work. The breakfast was the only decent thing and they started vacuuming and turned out the lights while we were still eating. We pay to relax and enjoy and there’s no common sense by the employees. Would not stay again and not recommend.
