Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The home was well kept and all amenities were accessible per the description. Roku in every room was a plus. The host was very prompt in communicating with us .. happy to recommend.

Wedding weekend

The house was a perfect place for me and my family to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. There were six of us and it has plenty of room for all of us to be together or have our own space. Each room has its own tv and there are three full baths, so we didn’t have to share. The town of Lincoln and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet and not too far from anywhere we needed to go. The only thing that could use improvement is the central air upstairs. It was over 90 degrees each day we were there and the upstairs rooms got very warm. We were told to turn the thermostat down to 65 and turn on all the fans, which did help but then the downstairs was freezing and the ones staying in the room down there were too cold. Otherwise we had a great stay and it was perfect for us.

Great stay

Very clean, good location for Roseville, Richland, Lincoln event. We were there for family wedding and the location was great. Stefanie was easy to get a hold of and receptive of our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the home is a great value, well laid out for family vacations. That being said, the kitchen lacks. We cooked a lot and the cook ware lacked, cooking bowls were few. Chopping boards were all broken. It would be nice to have things like aluminum foil, storage bags, plastic wrap
.If somebody was coming to use the house for sleeping and gathering and not cooking, the house meets those expectations and more.

Family Wedding Bliss

We booked this for my daughter’s destination wedding, and had a great time. We had all adults, but the house could be for family with kids too. Super clean, easy check in and great neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Great Accommodation

Family of 5. Each person had their own room. Each room spacious. The house was very clean. And it was a heat wave in Lincoln. How thoughtful to check in & have the home totally cooled for our arrival. There is a book to help you know where to shop & places to eat. That was so helpful. The manager was very attentive to every text & question I could have had, I am really appreciative. I hope we have another opportunity to visit Lincoln.

Home away from home!

Great place to stay! Plenty of room for us 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 13, 6, and 2). Very clean, plenty of towels, paper goods, etc. Nice touches like night lights and automatic lights. Host left a nice binder with local info and tips. Very easy to communicate with. Checkin was a breeze. Everything was as described. A very comfortable experience! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A PERFECT House for 4 couples

I was extremely impressed with this house/experience! The house is exactly as described (and actually better). I feel like whenever I am looking for places for my friends and I to rent, places are always geared towards children or small families, and not necessarily 4 couples. This house could not have been more perfect for our stay. We were here to celebrate our friend's wedding who was getting married in Lincoln. Each of the four couples had a room to themselves with a comfortable bed, a TV, and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The living area is perfect to hang out in. Maybe the best part though is that everything was ONLY 10 minutes away! Target, Walmart, In-N-Out, the casino, the wedding venue. All 10-15 minutes. It was great.

Comfortable house in Lincoln

Nice property, very clean, nicely furnished. Some upgrading of kitchen utensils, cooking vessels would be helpful but we were cooking for Thanksgiving so it may not be an issue for others.

Great home!

We had a fantastic stay! There were 4 adults and 2 small children. Its a large home and tons of room for the families. The gated in back tard was great for the kids! The property manager answeres all question very quicky and was very easy to communicate with.

Immaculate and roomy

Five over-70-year-old friends enjoyed a few days of "girl talk" in this lovely, super clean neighborhood home. Six recliner seats and a large TV kept us comfortable and entertained. Keypad access was quick and easy. One ground-floor bedroom and full bath would be handy for mobility impaired visitors. Our contact was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time even with temperatures around 100F.
