Shower had long black hair on the floor and toilet had curly black hair on the outside of the bowel. I skipped breakfast because the sausage was cold and there were no eggs! The neighborhood was sketchy too- there was some guy throwing a knife repeatedly into a tree trunk.
This is my favorite hotel to stay in when visiting my friends and family in Sacramento, the staff is amazing and accommodating.

Above average for motels in that the rooms were clean and the area well-lit. But there was a musty smell when entering, and a strong cigarette odor in the bathroom of our non-smoking room.
This hotel is directly across the street from Sutter Hospital, which makes visiting loved ones in the hospital very easy and very convenient. The hotel has been recently renovated, and is clean comfortable and reasonably priced, if not underpriced.
The Hotel was clean for the most part. Front desk was always helpful and polite. Surrounding area is a bit suspect though. Other hotel guest were a bit off as well. Breakfast was pretty low scale.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was good from far but far from good. Some paint and care would have done wonders! It was doable and the price was okay but dirty walls and stained sheets were a lot to deal with. The bathroom door kept rolling open. The location was great and that was why I was there. It might be a “Best Western” property but it definitely doesn’t have that quality.

Bedframe is metal and noisy. Bugs were in the shower from a small hole near the floor.
It was only an overnight stay overall very good I always bring my coffee maker there wasnt a place near any of the furniture to plug in even there single coffee maker didn’t have an appropriate plugin you would have to put it on the floor only outlet were right on or next to the headrest. Bed very comfortable the remote needed batteries the wall had coatrack hooks that was great should have taken a picture I felt safe there

Staff was very nice, room was clean but lacking a trash can and other little things. Not in the best area. Parking was terrible. It served the purpose but probably won’t stay there again unfortunately.
The property is a motel that apparently underwent renovations to modernize it (with a minimalist aesthetic). It was pretty clean, but spartan. Breakfast was merely a sparse selection of bagels, some juice and cereal/milk. Went to the IHOP next door.
It's a solid place to sleep and then quickly get on with your day in the city.

The place so dirty and looked so unsafe that I had to leave. There where no less than homelsss people lurking in the parking area; what made me decided against staying was when I came out of my car there was a homeless person against the side of my car. I immediately went back into my car and left.
