Good: big space, comfy beds, big TV, good pans, lots of plates, clean, walking distance to businesses, safe area, basic cooking oil, salt, pepper, had a rice maker, easy parking, good fridge (water spout hidden), quiet neighborhood, desk available. Could use improvement: not enough living room seating (one couch), spatula broken, no dish cloths, tiny fruit sized cutting board, not enough silverware for size of the place, no chopsticks (though there’s a specific holder for them), no night stand lamp in some rooms, photo backdrops peeling off the wall, had to ask several times for checkout instructions that didn’t come til 9:30pm night before.

Cool spot and very convenient location. Our son got married down the street and this place was perfect. If you’re going to a wedding at Evergreen Springs at Wedgewood, this is the spot for family prior to and after the wedding. Scott was great and the place was perfect for us.

Nice house but a few bumps

The house is as described which was nice. Unfortunately, the check in process was not good. The touchpad didn't work. The lockbox key was missing. We arrived at nearly midnight after driving all day and couldn't get in. Internet is spotty so had a hard time contacting host. However, once we were able to get in, the house was nice. Until we tripped a breaker and couldn't find the breaker box. We also had to purchase a cheap coffee maker as the one at the house wasn't working. But overall, after the few bumps, our stay was good. I would give this 3.5 stars but it wouldn't let me

Perfect spot

This property was pretty amazing. The house was clean, beds were all comfy. They were gracious enough to allow us to host a baby shower. The house was spacious and comfortable. Would 100% recommend this property for anyone. Close to shopping, centrally located.

Check in and check out was great! House was spacious for a small gathering of 20 people. Close to shopping! Great neighborhood. Scott was great to work with and responded in a timely manner! I would stay here again! I recommend the old sugar mill for some wine tasting of several wineries!

Minimally okay

Stayed here for 2 nights, and the property was barebones and not particularly clean. Hand towels were missing from bathrooms, sinks were dirty, floors turned out feet and socks black, along with extremely poor WiFi connectivity and virtually no cell service with any carrier (not a fault of the property, however coupled with poor WiFi, made it difficult to work remotely). On the plus side, the neighborhood was quiet.

Beautiful property and excellent service

My husband and I recently rented the Spacious Modern Family Home in Elk Grove, and it was ideal for our stay. We arrived during an intense heat wave, and the owner graciously arranged to have the AC turned on prior to our arrival so when we entered the home, it was wonderfully cool. We enjoyed the beautiful, artsy touches throughout and the very comfortable automated reclining sofas. We would recommend this property to others and look forward to additional stays in the future!

MUST STAY!

Without reservation, I rate this place a 5+ STAR. Very large living room with speakers in the ceiling and modern kitchen with island would make it a perfect place to stay with family and friends and especially to hold a great party! You can have loud music and set up a great stage to dance. Small but worth mentioning is the dimmable lights in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are all upstairs with a spacious master bedroom. Scott is very responsive to your messages and easily accommodating your needs. If you are selecting to stay in Sacramento area, Scott’s house should be in the top of your list. This place has a especial place in our heart!

Great experience!

Clean, comfortable and so spacious. We reserved for only 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed and enjoyed for longer. We had everything we needed, but Scott stayed in touch with reminders that we could contact him for any reason. It was a great stay.

Great location

The house was in an ideal location, so close to hwy 99 and I5. There was shopping all around. The house was superb, everyone loved it. So modern and tatefully decorated, expecially the Foyer tree. There were plenty of towels and everything was clean as a whistle. We really didn't want to come home. Scott was very helpful and answered all my questions. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Thank you Scott.
