We're here for you via phone or message. Self-check-in is a breeze.

This home includes 1 bedroom with one QUEEN bed in the bedroom and a day bed in the living room.

You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely with a dedicated workspace in the dining room.

Space also includes a beautiful outdoor patio area to relax and unwind.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking right in front of the home (parking permits are provided).

Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony.


We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives. If a guest requests late checkout, the maximum checkout time we can provide is 1pm.

Stayed here for a music festival at discovery park. Great quiet place, short uber ride to the park. Good food in the surrounding area.

This is an amazing place to stay at.The house is beautiful, comfortable, everything you need is there. No need to over pack. Easy entry (very detailed information given once you book)This was my first time staying in a non hotel rental, Friendly Advice, first thing to do when you enter ***review the Welcome binder***it will have all the information necessary Rules, attractions, restaurants, groceries, emergency information and what they expect from us when leaving. I wish I took a picture of the Laundry in the back room. I also wish I would of taken a picture of the front on the house. Parking: There was aways parking around the house. There is just a pass that you need to get from the binder, to place in the dashboard. ***dont forget to put it back***Amazing!!!Area: walking distance to restaurants, markets and the Capitol museum.

Wonderful Place But Noisy

This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice -- but can't recommend if you're looking for quiet/solace.

Perfect Stay in an Incredible Location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic house, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating and answered all my questions promptly, making me feel right at home. The house itself was well-furnished and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me want to linger longer. But the absolute highlight of my trip was the location! Situated near R Street, I was just a stone's throw away from an array of dining and nightlife options. I enjoyed some delicious meals and had a wonderful time exploring the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!
