The views from the backyard are amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hot water that a previous reviewer mentioned is indeed an issue. It will take at least 2 minutes for hot water to get to the main suite bathroom. You will want to do your own research of the area, as there is no information provided. All in all it is a very nice house. The backyard is great for dogs.

Nice patio, house floorplan good. Unfortunately the house was filthy. Vacassa Premium Clean Program didn't exist for this house. We spent numerous hours over several days cleaning the place. Finally after 2 weeks someone was sent to mop the floors. Vacassa Mangement Company was very slow to respond to issues we encountered. Sometimes it took a week or more to get a response.

Very nicely appointed and well-cared for house. We were looking to purchase a home in this community so location was perfect for us. About 30 minute drive down to Tucson. Two negative comments I have: Queen sized bed in second bedroom in bad shape and very uncomfortable. House needs a hot water recirculation pump. Took about 5 minutes to get hot water in the bathrooms. Major resource waste.
