This place has it all. Nice waterpark, outdoor pool, indoor pools and hot tubs that are separate from waterpark, arcade area, dining options, putt putt, bowling, gift shops, rope course, rock wall, laser tag, and more. Easy walk to river place shops. Your family will not get bored staying here.

We were scheduled to register at 4:00. We are elderly but not handicapped. Parking, luggage assistance would have helped. Heat was in the high 90s. Stand in line; no chairs - everyone has a 4:00 registration time - families with small children, Air Force personnel there for a training, many disabled people (needing more assistance than us. No carts available to bring luggage to our assigned room, lines to access an elevator, no chairs for weary travelers, room numbers not well marked. No staff to assist with move-in. Finally arrived at our overpriced room. The leather couch was so worn it scratched your arms to rest. Water was available for an extra $6 room fee. Nice whirlpool tub with no grab bars or steps for easy use. NOT worth the money. At the resort all waitresses and and housekeeping staff we kind, polite, helpful and overworked. I will not go there again ever. Management changes exorbitant prices to average families who just want a positive vacation together. Their overworked staff is challenged to keep people happy and probably dependent on tips to make a decent living. I little guy loses out to big corporate management.

We loved the Bavarian Inn!! Not only did it have the old Bavarian feel and atmosphere, it felt like going back to a better and simpler time. We will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights and we love the water parks! It is definitely good for age up from 5years or order, but overall it was great experience for my family. HOWEVER, the hotel wasn’t impressed. First thing we noticed, floor was damp, so I asked front desk and they said it could be the weather but hallway wasn’t feeling damp at all. They brought fans instead of changing our room. One of fan’s blades was broken and when I turn it on it hopped, so I had to turn it off. Unfortunately, the fans didn’t even help the room feel better. Room also was filthy. A lots of dusts on the ceiling, wall, table and standing lights. We didn’t receive any housekeeping the next day. We even tried calling the main desk to inquire about the availability of a housekeeper, but when we returned around 4 pm, they were still absent. Consequently, we had to go and collect our extra towels. My husband and I had a terrible night’s sleep due to damp sheets, blankets, and pillows, but at least my kids had a great time at the park.
