Set in beautiful Sagle, Idaho; this home is only 15 minutes to Sandpoint, with easy access right off the highway. Only 2 miles to 2 different lakes, with a multitude of outdoor opportunities including hiking, biking, skiing, etc. It`s perfect for any outdoor enthusiast or anyone looking to explore the area.

This home is very close to the highway and there are train tracks across the highway as well. It is surrounded by trees, so much of the noise is dampened. However, if you are sensitive to noise, we have provided a white noise maker and ear plugs.

Please note there is a friendly dog that roams the property. His name is Sammy and he likes to announce your arrival!
Up to 3 well behaved dogs allowed. Keep dogs off the furniture. Other animals may be allowed upon request.

While we allow dogs off leash, we are close to a highway. Allow your dogs off leash at your own risk.

No cats please, we are highly allergic.
