‘casAcamer Sur’ – A House in the Sea, a Unique Living Space
CasAcamer is a family home built in 1960 and restored by one of its descendants. Located in northern Sagunto, it offers beautiful direct views of the Mediterranean Sea.
CasAcamer is reserved for those who love the sea and tranquility. Set in a privileged location, it boasts excellent sea views.
Situated within a protected wetland bird reserve, the property is part of the Natura 2000 network and subject to minimal interventions that preserve the unique ecosystem.
After the 1982 storm, Les Cases de Queralt lost its 70 meters of beach and now sits just 4 meters from the sea, separated only by a breakwater that protects both the village and nearby marshlands.
Today, there are two beaches just 40 meters from the house—one to the south and one to the north—both with safe water levels for all swimmers.
The private CasAcamer Norte space (50 m²) features a living room with exclusive sea views, a fully renovated kitchen, two bedrooms overlooking the sea, and a bathroom with shower. Ideal capacity is 3 guests.
The house is divided into three sections: ground floor, first floor north, and first floor south, each about 50 m². Built in 1964 at the start of coastal tourism, each section is independent, with its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom. Additional amenities include TV, fan, washing machine, dryer, and towels for the beach or pool. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also provided.
There is a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Please note: the balcony, laundry area, and second-floor solarium are shared spaces.
