Located just 350m from the beach and the Ocean district, with its shops, casino, bars and restaurants, "GAI BABIL" is our grandparents' house where nostalgia and vintage style blend together. This Brévinian house built in 1930 is 95m² on a enclosed and tree-lined plot of 680m². The house has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 + 4 single beds of 90) including one through room and one located in a studio attached to the house, thus accommodating up to 6 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle etc. ... The dining room-lounge (fireplace not available) provides access to the terrace overlooking the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection. A bathroom and an independent WC complete this part of the house. In the studio attached to the house, you have a sleeping area with shower (140 bed) and a bathroom with WC.

Also at your disposal; an electric plancha, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, garden furniture and a table tennis table.
