Drop your bags in this 160m² family house that hides behind its Brévinoise facade an interior style from another continent. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, it has two double rooms (160 beds), a double room (140 bed) in the mezzanine located above the dining room and then a cosy double room (140 bed) accessible by a small staircase. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and capsule coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), toaster, kettle, citrus press. The dining room - living room overlooks the garden without overlooking and fenced. A TV-Wi-Fi lounge, a bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the rental has three private parking spaces, a washing machine and a separate freezer.

For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is non-smoking and parties or events are not allowed.

Household linen (towels, bath mats, tea towels...) and bed preparation are not provided. During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.

The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before your arrival.

A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on a bank card, will be requested at the time of the final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, subject to no damage.
