"La Fauvelière" is a spacious family villa of 440m² in the heart of a large enclosed and secure plot of 2000m² shaded by pine trees. Located near the town centre of "Saint Brévin L'Océan", shops, casino, spa, bars and restaurants and 350m from the large beach of "L'Océan", it has 6 bedrooms, a children's dormitory and an outdoor covered Jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 15 people.

The house is composed;

On the ground floor, an entrance serving two master suites, one with a bathtub.

The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction and gas hob, "MIELE" oven, American-style refrigerator, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, utensils and kitchen equipment. The dining room gives access to a 20m² tiled terrace recently renovated with electric awning. The first floor gives access to two master suites with shower room and WC, two bedrooms with twin beds. A bathroom and independent toilets complete this floor.

For maximum comfort, childcare equipment is available (travel cot, baby bed and high chair), an additional fridge-freezer and garden tables, chairs, garden furniture and small barbecue.
