The accommodation is composed as follows:
Basement:
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and games room with ping pong table.

First floor:
- An 80 m² living room with fireplace, sofas and dining area.
- Smallbone design kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A cinema room with TV.
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with toilet and vanity unit.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200) with sea and golf views.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- Bedroom 5: a single bed and an observatory lounge with panoramic sea and golf views.
- Bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful landscaped garden of 6,000 m² with a south-facing terrace of around 200 m² and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is a beautiful seaside resort where you can spend a few days. Here, capes, islands, coves and miles of beaches make up the landscape. Take a stroll along the coast and through the castle ruins before discovering the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula.
- Relax on the beach or try your hand at water sports: sailing, diving, boat trips...
- Visit nearby towns: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Cap Fréhel...
- Hiking, horse riding, golf, tennis, casino, accrobranche...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private (outdoor) parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- The nearest train station is in Lamballe (20min by car).
- The nearest airport is in Rennes at 90 kms (about 1h15 by car).

Other remarks :
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with anti-intrusion security devices (alarms and motion detectors). These devices are not cameras.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Fireplace is functional.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
