We rent our house in the heart of the village of Saint Chaffrey, on the resort of Serre Chevalier.
The house is located 20 meters from the shuttle bus stop that leads to the foot of the slopes!
Typical village house, classified 2 stars by the tourist office. House of 200m ² on 2 floors, completely renovated, composed of a main room of 45 m ² including living room, dining room and open kitchen, 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping area, and a large games room of 32m ² (Screen + DVD player; board games ...)
Ideal for 2 families.
2 separate toilets, 3 shower rooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Ski room (boot dryer; 4 large sleds available) and in the living room a pellet stove for comfort and atmosphere.
Wi Fi; fully equipped open kitchen with 2 raclette machines and 2 fondue machines.

The house is accessible without a car from the Briançon train station and the Oulx TGV station (shuttle bus stop 20 meters away).
The grocery store of the village is at 1mn on foot and the access to the slopes can be done via the shuttle (at 20mètres) in 10 minutes

## Emplacement
With 250 km of slopes, Serre Chevalier Valley is the first French ski area without ski lanes. The slopes are adapted for all types of skiing, skiing in the valley or in the larch forest, high mountain atmosphere with renowned off-piste skiing, giving this resort a sporty and playful character. Saint-Chaffrey is a commune of the Hautes-Alpes and is part of the ski area of Serre-Chevalier. You can admire the splendid panorama and enjoy the Savoyard gastronomy. The commune is known for the bell tower of the Catholic Church of Saint-Chaffrey as well as the chapel Saint Arnould of Saint Chaffrey, classified as historical monuments!
