Independent access to the cottages via an exterior, sheltered metal staircase. 1st floor: entrance hall, living room-kitchen lounge area, pellet stove, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 80 x 200 cm per bedroom), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Courtyard in a small enclosed and private outdoor space only at the 2 gites. Shared pétanque area. Possibility of renting the multipurpose room located near the presbytery (modalities to be discussed with the town hall). Supplement of €35/stay from mid-October to end of April for stove pellets. Former rehabilitated presbytery, located in the heart of the village, next to the church. Renovation integrating on the ground floor a bar/restaurant in an annex building with terrace (the entrance to the gites is independent and opposite the restaurant). Courtyard and small enclosed garden with garden furniture shared with the gites. Very comfortable cottage, with a sober and neat contemporary character. Beautiful view of the countryside and the Chartreuse massif. At the gates of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, superb building renovated into 2 gites. Historic site of the Caves of Saint-Christophe a few steps away, with discovery and thematic hikes possible. Rivier'Alpes ecological leisure center with games for children in Les Echelles, 9 km away. Cycle route and bike routes for cycling enthusiasts (Col de la Cluse, Col de l'Épine, Col des Mille Martyrs...) Ideal destination for fishing lovers.
