This house is a lovely property. The pooland outside space are fantastic and inside everything was very clean and the house is well equipped. It is quite unique for all 4 bedrooms to have their own shower and sinks although only 1 toilet upstairs and down. The generous provision of toiletries / towels / kitchen supplies is very welcome. The house is beautiful and in quiet private space in St Clemente which is a lovely village with everything needed supermarche / greengrocer/butcher etc Our main rationale for not being able to provide 4 or 5 stars. We arrived in August 2026 in the heatwave. There is no air conditioning upstairs or in the bedrooms. The owners had no foresight to provide fans. It was probably quite unreasonable to expect our children to sleep in 30C heat inside. It was impossible. Fans were provide but only upon request the day after arrival. It was also difficult to contact the hosts. We experienced an electrical failure at 10pm on Tuesday. We knew it was fuse and an easy fix. However we had no access to the fuse box. It took the hosts over 12 hours to respond. By which time all the food had to be discarded from the fridge. Again this was resolved and we were provided financial reimbursement. We want to give a 4 star review. We would return to the property - air con is due to be installed but the hosts need to declutter - clear wardrobes so each room has hanging space and there needs to be a welcome leaflet with better information.
