It features a glazed loggia (dining or relaxation area) opening onto a paved L-shaped terrace of approx. 20m², equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a manual awning. Very quiet, with direct access and views of the marina and boats. Entrance with built-in wardrobe (washing machine). Equipped kitchenette: 3 induction hobs, multi-function microwave/grill (2024), fridge-freezer (2023), dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Living room with a 160cm sofa bed, TV, and reversible air conditioning, opening onto the loggia and terrace.
