In the heart of the resort, a spacious, air-conditioned studio apartment of 27.89 m² with Wi-Fi (Bouygues box), sleeps 2-4 people, on the 6th floor with elevator, overlooking the port with a superb panoramic view of the harbor, the sea, and the Albères mountains (South/East facing). Entrance with equipped kitchenette: fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, etc. Main room with a 160 cm sofa bed, table, 4 chairs (pine furniture), large LCD TV, wardrobe. Sleeping area in the living room with a 140 cm fold-down bed (2024 mattress and dividing curtains). Tiled bathroom with toilet (small electric radiator). Bright apartment with a large bay window (electric roller shutter) opening onto a balcony with a small garden lounge and manual canvas awning (4.17 m²). Clothes drying rack, ironing kit. Secure and private parking space #81. The residence, with a digital entry code, is located directly on the port, 100 meters from the beach, close to shops and entertainment. NO PETS ALLOWED.
