Upon entering, the entrance hall features 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2 guests. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering additional sleeping space. From the living area, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 8 m2, oriented in a south-east facing position and furnished with terrace furniture, from which you can enjoy a partial distant view of the sea. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the studio and features 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is a shower and WC unit.
