The ground floor is centered around a large open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room, designed for preparing meals with family or friends. Sleeping arrangements are distributed among three separate bedrooms, complemented by two bathrooms for the comfort of all guests. A play and reading area is set up on the landing for younger children. Outside, a terrace, perfect for sharing moments together, overlooks a garden lounge and a private pétanque court for afternoons spent in the shade of the pine trees.
