TrĂšs bel appartement dans un environnement extraordinaire

TrÚs bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire dont on ne se lasse pas. L'emplacement est super pour la proximité de la plage mais également l'accÚs agréable à St Florent en une petite demie heure à pied. L'appartement est trÚs bien agencé.

Lieu magnifique appartement trĂšs calme 5mn Ă  pied de la plage PropriĂ©taire trĂšs rĂ©actif suite Ă  un problĂšme de frigo (remplacĂ© dans la journĂ©e) Équipement rien Ă  redire juste un canapĂ© un peu dur . Un convertible serait plus adĂ©quat pour accueillir une 3me ou 4me personne . Je recommande fortement et j’espĂšre revenir dĂšs que possible

Fehlende Information

Die Lage der Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Florent ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Vor allem die große Terrasse/ Balkon punktet. Der Fernseher war fĂŒr uns nicht zu nutzen, da man nur französische Programme empfing. GetrĂŒbt wurde der Urlaub durch die nicht auf der website aufgefĂŒhrten Kosten fĂŒr HauswĂ€sche. Einen Tag vor Urlaubsbeginn schrieb uns die Vermieterin, dass BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind. Wir könnten diese fĂŒr 50 Euro pro Person bekommen. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug reisten, blieb uns nichts anderes ĂŒbrig als zuzustimmen. Die HandtĂŒcher waren trotzdem nicht vorort. Wir bekamen sie erst 2 Tage spĂ€ter und auch nur, weil wir die Reinigungskraft in der Nachbarwohnung ansprachen. Abgesehen von der fehlenden Information ist der Preis unangemessen hoch. Ich hĂ€tte mindestens ein preisliches Entgegenkommen erwartet, zumal ja lediglich dĂŒnne Laken und wenige HandtĂŒcher zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt wurden. H. Friedemann

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Der Check-In war dank SchlĂŒsselbox und telefonischer Erreichbarkeit von Angelique super unkompliziert. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Innenstadt von St. Florent, sehr ruhig und fußlĂ€ufig zum Strand (ca. 10 Minuten). Zu Fuß in die Stadt benötigt man allerdings eine knappe halbe Stunde. Wenn man abends im Dunkeln aus der Stadt zurĂŒck kommt, ist eine Taschenlampe eine gute Idee, da man am Strand entlang zurĂŒck laufen muss (ĂŒber die Straße wĂ€re der Weg noch viel weiter) und einfach nichts sieht. Bei uns hat es dazu gefĂŒhrt, dass wir abends doch meist mit dem Auto in das StĂ€dtchen gefahren sind.

Vue imprenable

Magnifique appartement avec vue imprenable sur le golf de Saint Florent. IdĂ©alement situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence calme et Ă  deux pas de la plage. Appartement neuf, moderne et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© notamment la cuisine qui est super fonctionnelle et Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce que vous avez besoin pour cuisiner (ce qui est rare). Spacieuse et magnifique terrasse de laquelle on peut assister le soir Ă  de superbes couchers de soleil. DĂ©coration soignĂ©e, sobre et moderne. Couchage confortable, literie neuve. A cela s’ajoute une dĂ©licate attention Ă  votre arrivĂ©e ; un pot de confiture, fabrication locale et des canistrellis. 😋 Encore merci aux propriĂ©taires pour ce petit plus! Enfin, nous avons eu un petit souci Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec une panne du frigo. Super rĂ©activitĂ© des propriĂ©taires qui qui sont rapidement intervenus pour le remplacer et qui sont trĂšs soucieux de votre bien-ĂȘtre pendant votre sĂ©jour. En bref nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Je recommande vivement.

Excellent séjour L'appartement est trÚs joli, trÚs fonctionnel et la terrasse trÚs agrÚable! La plage est trÚs proche et le centre de saint florent est à quelques minutes en voiture. Merci aussi pour tous les bons conseils.

Appartement trÚs agréable dans un bel environnement

Appartement trĂšs fonctionnel et parfait pour un couple. La vue est superbe sur la mer et le maquis, et la terrasse couverte est un trĂšs gros atout pour profiter de cette belle vue. La plage est Ă  10 mn Ă  pieds, St Florent est Ă  10 mn en voiture , de mĂȘme que le supermarchĂ© le plus proche. TrĂšs bonne situation pour visiter le Cap Corse, le Nebbio et la Balagne (un peu plus loin). La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e , agrĂ©ablement ventilĂ©e par la brise et nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la clim. La situation est globalement trĂšs calme et la literie est bonne. Nous avons donc passĂ© de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Les points Ă  amĂ©liorer: l’implantation indiquĂ©e sur la carte d’Abritel n’est pas la bonne; le Wifi est trĂšs faible dans l’appartement et un rĂ©pĂ©teur serait le bienvenu car on reçoit le rĂ©seau 4G assez faiblement (d’oĂč l’intĂ©rĂȘt d’avoir un WIFI qui fonctionne bien) ; il faudrait mieux prĂ©ciser, sur le site Abritel, le coĂ»t de la location du linge de maison et du nettoyage final. Ce sont des points de dĂ©tail par rapport Ă  l’apprĂ©ciation globale que nous portons qui est trĂšs positive. La propriĂ©taire a, enfin, la gentillesse d’offrir un panier de produits corses, ce qui est tout Ă  fait sympathique.

Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs confortable, conforme Ă  la description avec une belle vue Ă  10-15 min de la plage. Mais attention l’appartement n’est pas dans le centre de Saint Florent comme la localisation de l’annonce l’indique. Il est Ă  2-3km du centre soit 30 min Ă  pied ... accĂšs en voiture au centre de Saint Florent compliquĂ©.

Moderne, ruhige, sehr ansprechende und schön gelegene Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Wir waren in der Wohnung sehr glĂŒcklich. Sie ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie bietet alles was es braucht, eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, freundliche Zimmer einen wunderbaren Balkon um zu verweilen, ruhen, lesen. Wir genossen es vom Wohnzimmer wie vom Balkon die Schiffe in der Bucht zu beobachten und die herrliche Landschaft zu geniessen. Die integrierte Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Frau Pasquini war uns eine sehr freundliche, angenehme und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wir danken herzlich fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb von St. Florent. Mit dem Auto erreicht man St. Florent in weniger als 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, modern und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht ĂŒber die Bucht. FĂŒr uns stimmte das Preis-/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis, wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl.
