Nice duplex in Saint François in Guadeloupe

Nice duplex for 2,3 or 4 people located on the Hauts de Saint François in Guadeloupe. You are in the quintessential seaside resort near a beautiful 18-hole golf course and magnificent tropical beaches. An aerodrome adjoins the golf course which also allows you to practice all leisure air activities. The village of St François, a small typical Creole town, has kept its authenticity and offers a range of shops and restaurants for all tastes. Finally a Casino and its night club restaurant located opposite the international golf course awaits the night owls.
The duplex is located in an old hotel complex with swimming pool, tennis, spa and restaurant. The car park is secure, a neighboring medical center offers a wide variety of services (Médipôle).
Comfortably furnished and with a large well-ventilated terrace, on the second and last floor (with elevator) and beautiful view of the park, it offers you a bedroom with a king size bed on the mezzanine and a convertible sofa in the living room equipped with 'A television. An equipped American kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes. Household linen is provided (washing machine in the bathroom). The whole is air conditioned and ventilated. Outside, a beautiful 35 m² terrace welcomes you with its outdoor lounge and large 8-seat table.

La situation du logement avec ses terrasses est idéale, la réactivité de l'hôte si problème est efficace.Petite remarque : la connection au wifi se fait sur la box du voisin donc pas de Tv avec box, 8 chaines seulement. Il faut revoir la descrition car le restaurant bord de piscine nexiste plus et l'accueil avec la bouteille de rhum à l'arrivée, je ne lai pas trouvée !

Appartement aménagé avec goût, spacieux, confortable avec une super terrasse très agréable. La résidence est bien sécurisée, piscine à débordement au top, locaux communs bien entretenus. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe.
