Super sejour en guadeloupe dans un appartement idéalement situé!

Nous sommes partis du 22 fevrier au 8 mars 2017 avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants. Pour cela nous avons réservé l'appartement de Mr TACITA. La réservation et le suivi du dossier ce sont tres bien passé (tres reactif à nos mail ou appel telephonique!) Cet appartement est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix!! Vraiment bien situé dans St François, juste à coté des marina, boulanger, marché local, superette, plage etc. L'appartement est trés bien equipé et suffisant de taille pour 4 personnes (terrasse plein sud super agréable). L'appartement est certe cote rue (tres calme et peu passagé) , mais du coup moins bruyant que de l'autre coté avec la piscine de la résidence dont vous profitez (Super belle) et le bruits des bars sur la marina! Merci également à Mme TRIPOLI et claire qui etaient sur place pour notre accueil et nos besoins! (Merci pour la corbeille avec les délicieux produits locaux et le rhum à notre arrivée) En résumé nous vous recommandons cet appartement en espérant que vous passiez un aussi bon moment que nous dans cette très belle ile! PS: prévoyez tous de même de louer une voiture pour visiter le reste de l'ile! Régis et sa petite famille

Appartement très bien situé très propre et pratique

L'appartement est situé à proximité de toutes les commodités et des plages, dans un état de propreté très appréciable avec une petite surprise à l'arrivée...dans un cadre global (3 piscines, magasins, restaurants, ...) prisé par les enfants & adultes. Il bénéficie de télé, lave-linge, et devrait être prochainement se voir doter d'éléments supplémentaires de confort selon toute vraisemblance.

Vivement juillet !

J'ai apprécié la proximité de tous les types de commerces, supermarchés, restaurants, ainsi que le bon entretien du jardin interne à la résidence. Evidemment les plages ! la mer et le soleil. le propriétaire a été aidant au niveau des questions posées en amont et pendant le séjour. On y retourne pour 4 semaines

Très bon séjour, studio conforme a la description, très propre, au coeur de la Marina de St François, situation idéale pour un séjour proche de TOUT (...supermarchés, restaurants, Marina, plages...). Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeant! Je recommande!
