The Ground floor comprises: a large kitchen, a living room with a comfortable140 x 190 sleeper sofa and 3 bedrooms 2 shower rooms, 2 WC.
Upstairs, equipped with recent reversible air-conditioning, a living and dining room (55 m2) and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC with a large, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a 44 m² covered tiled terrace facing east. Situated 1.2 km from the center of St Georges de Didonne and its magnificent 5km beach, next to Royan beach, and close to a small park with a lake and a supermarket (3 minutes' walk), this spacious villa enjoys absolute peace and quietness, as it is located in a large pavilion cul-de-sac, with another small park very close by.
