Detached house of 160m² on one level accessible by three steps with basement converted into a garage. The cottage opens onto the bright living rooms with soft & contemporary decoration: independent integrated and equipped kitchen, dining room and relaxation area opening onto the balcony and living room/TV with sofa bed (two extra beds possible). The owners have taken care to personalize the three pretty bedrooms: 1st bedroom "Un Brin de Muguet" with a 140 bed, a desk & TV - 2nd bedroom "La Paloma Blanca" with a 140 bed - 3rd bedroom "La Montagne" with two 90 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink, the toilet is independent. In the basement of the house, the garage is available and equipped for our biker friends, hikers, mountain bikers, skiers... with a ping-pong table and a children's play area (table football, dinette,...). Marielle & Jean-Pierre welcome you to their 1980s family home, on the slopes of the Gorges du Lignon, opposite the Chalmazel resort and the Col de la Loge, located 30km from Montbrison. You'll enjoy the stunning surrounding landscapes, including valleys, the Soir Mountains, and forests. From the balcony, you'll have a panoramic view of the surrounding nature! This spacious and bright cottage has been refreshed and decorated with taste and comfort to offer you a cozy and warm stay. The accommodation boasts a pleasant enclosed, wooded, and flowery plot of approximately 1000m², equipped with outdoor games: a swing, a tree house, a soccer goal, and pétanque balls, which will delight both young and old! To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival!
