New wooden house, Rhuys peninsula, 800 m from the beaches on the ocean side

The Single-storey Wood Frame House was completed in April 2017. It is located on the Rhuys peninsula in the commune of Saint-Gildas de Rhuys, on the Atlantic Ocean side. Gohvelin beach is around 700m away. There is a sailing school on Rohu beach. The Gulf of Morbihan and its small ports are a few minutes by car.
Its surface is 86 m2 on a plot of 900m2. It consists of a large living room / kitchen of 47 m2, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a storeroom.
The kitchen has a large island with gas hob and oven as well as 4 places. A large table can accommodate 10 people. Dishwasher, fridge, microwave and kitchen accessories.
In the living room there is a 5-seat corner sofa, an armchair and an ottoman. Possibility of making sofa bed.
The bathroom is large, with shower and bathtub.
In one bedroom there is a 140 cm bed. In the other, there are 4 90 cm beds, one of which is a bunk. Cupboard in each of the bedrooms and bay windows overlooking the field. The ground, partly graveled and partly in grass, is not closed.
The house is fully tiled with large picture windows. It is connected to wifi.
Outside: garden table, 3 deckchairs, and parasol.
