Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and a terrace of around 20 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Two adjoining bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a pull-out bed (sleeps two) and a toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- The kitchen opens onto the terrace, and a separate annexe is also available, with a sleeping area.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
