652 New Haven is a two story 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Newhaven villa. The Newhaven complex has one of the best views on Fripp Island as it sits right at the point of Ocean Point. You will enjoy watching fabulous sunsets on the deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Ocean Point Pool. Due to the unique positioning of our condo, there are ocean views from virtually every window in every room. 652 Newhaven is a few short steps to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, and one of the two award winning golf courses on the island.

This relaxing villa features an eat-in kitchen including new cabinets, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances. Tthe large array of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots, and pans will make cooking as fun in this kitchen as it is in your own.

The primary bathroom has a huge walk in shower with side sprayers and overhead rain shower for a luxurious experience. Double sinks, new granite counter tops and tile flooring. Up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably as there are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds.

Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more.
All stays include the use of a 6-seater golf cart.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Gas grills are available in the courtyard common area. There is even a private room that is perfect for family gatherings (available with notice).

Great location!

The view says it all - ocean and beach scenes from every window, front and back. Nice updated kitchen and comfortable sofa and chairs. For older folks, there are two flights of stairs to get to the bedroom level - but the pay off is the view.

The property in under garage parking is tight to park a truck this is a lot of stairs and walking

Lot of stairs and walking have to walk around to get in pool no access from property also no beach access when tide is up, we had an issue with lock on day checking in and it was not easy to get someone out There is moisture all over the place where there is a cooling vent that drips from ceiling Other then that it was great trip

Beautiful condo! Lots of stairs!

Condo is beautiful and has everything you would need. Neighborhood is gorgeous and very family oriented, however there ALOT of stairs. If you have a disability or bad knees, it could be difficult. There os one small elevator from garage to courtyard but stairs everywhere!!

This was a great getaway for the family. The location was next to the beach, ocean and golf course, which was great for our group. Only issue was we were delayed checking in about 30 minutes due to the unit not being ready. When we got in, you could tell that the cleaning process was rushed. That was the only issue. The beds were comfortable and the updated master bath was a treat. We would definitely do it again and stay in this unit.

Beautiful view

This is a nice condo. I could use some updates to the furnishings and the shared bath. The heading on the VRBO listing says 3 bd /3 bath, But its 2 1/2 bath ,which its says in the description. But with the pictures it is deceptive. The 2 king bdr shares the one small bath. Great locations for the price. And the 6 seater golf cart is a very nice electric fast cart. Thank you

Fun at Fripp

This was our first time on this end of the island. The views from this condo are amazing....really can't get closer to the ocean. It was perfect for my 83 yr old Mom to sit on the balcony, watch the waves or kids at the pool. Bob was very responsive to our questions via text. The unit was updated nicely and stayed cool during a very hot week. All bedrooms are upstairs and there are about 3 flights of stairs to access the unit. We loved the golf cart! The teens loved the on-site pool and the Olympic size pool near the food court. Thank you for a great week of vacation!

Great Place!

We have been going to Fripp for years and this was the first time staying onthis side of the island... and let me just say we fell in love! This place was perfect for our family of four. Super spacious and great proximity to a pool and beach right behind the place. Definitely would love to stay again!!
