Professionally updated with a coastal modern flair, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Three rooms feature king beds, while the fourth is equipped with double bunk beds, ideal for families with kids. The oversized master bedroom boasts a private, screened-in porch with breathtaking views of the ocean—a true highlight of the property.

Beach + Private Dock:
Enjoy direct access to St. Helena Sound, with the beach right at your doorstep. A 250-foot covered, private dock offers endless opportunities for fishing, watching dolphins swim by and taking in the stunning sunrises. The beach is just steps away, inviting you to swim, paddleboard, or kayak in the calm waters. For safety and to protect the marine environment, it's recommended to engage in these activities during high tide due to the presence of oyster beds.

Accommodations:

Perfect location. Very quiet. Able to walk the beach or spend time on the pier. Brought our dog, he loved it! House has lots of pots/pans and kitchen utensils to cook. Only a 10 minute or so drive to Walmart. Would highly recommend anyone to stay!

We had a wonderful week stay at Paradise Found! Owner was super responsive and helpful. House was very well appointed. The kitchen in particular gets am A.Had everything we needed and then some. The dock is the best one we have seen! Can't beat the location. I highly recommend.

Beautiful updated home, very well equipped kitchen, gorgeous spot, dock and fire pit. Our kids and grandkids had a ball. We are three houses down the beach, so it was great exercise for the kids running back and forth with lots of surprise visits! One suggestion, to make sure the windows in the bunk room are locked. They were on the top bunk with an open window and it would have been a straight shot to the driveway!

Photos do not represent the current condition of the property.House was infested with gnats in most every room.Only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth was provided for each bathroom. With 7 people staying in the house this made it very inconvenient.Screened porches had torn screens, and screens falling down.Oven would not hold temperature, so it was very hard to make anything.Outlets in Master Bath did not work.Carpet on stairs to upper level was disgusting. It was full of paint stains, and other unknown stains.

Overall rating of Beachfront Paradise is 9.8 out of 10. I like to leave details in the review that will help the next person decide if this rental is right for them or details not in the description. The house is on an unpaved single lane road, which I find very charming. The pictures are a true representation. The house is newly remodeled and very clean upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and water pressure is great. Bring your Kayaks or paddle boards because the water is 60 feet away. The dock is nice but also loved by the local birds. For a bird watcher like me this was fantastic and they will fly away when you approach, but if you want to use the dock you would need to clean the droppings, there is a water hose on the dock, but you will need a scrub brush to clean. Coffin Point beach is nice and easy to walk on but several oyster beds so not ideal for swimming but Hunting Island State Park is only a few miles away.The only negatives I have are very minor. There are no lights on the deck, bring a flashlight to use the back stairs. There were no instructions for the property, for example there is a hot tub on the deck but not sure if guest could use or when is trash day. Overall great rental and will come back. Thank you for making it pet friendly.
