Skip the resort fees! Unlike many listings, we do not charge the new 12.8% Fripp Resort fee on top of your rental total if you are purchasing amenity cards. We're committed to offering value and a seamless guest experience. With two championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts and 3 1/2 miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. I planned this vacation as a way to get my three adult sons together. We love Fripp! The house met our needs perfectly. Sherri was so attentive and even checked in on us to make sure we were doing good. When I had questions she was quick to respond. The house is beautiful, clean, and professionally decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch for the afternoon pop up showers. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, with the closest access point being away from the main island crowd. I would definitely stay here again! It was a nice comfortable getaway for me and my family.

Great Stay!

We have been coming to Fripp for over 30 years and have stayed in numerous homes scattered all around the island. Most of them were not as advertised. That was not the case this trip. This house far exceeded all of our expectations. You can see the pride the owners take as soon as you walk in the door. It is in like new condition, beautifully decorated and is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in at Fripp! We will definitely be returning in the years to come.

Family vacation Christmas Present!.

Owners were helpful, responsive, and welcoming! The house was perfectly described and nicely decorated for a beach theme. There was a neighborhood pool very close to the house which was quiet and well kept! Water temp- wonderfully warm! Although not Hugh in area, the floor plan was well designed. 3 b/d & 3 baths, Spacious kitchen and finally a screened in porch with 4 rocking chairs. Perfect for watching the world go round and quiet conversations! Big TV ‘s in every bedroom Perfect for a family vacations with a master Suite, then two smaller b/d’s with a Queen bed in each. Fripp Island should be on everyone’s check list! This house is new and One that tops our list. Return to Fripp with adult children for summer vacation!

Screened Porch Perfection

We had a fabulous time at this house! We have rented houses for many years in the Carolinas, and this was the cleanest home we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a beach vacation. It’s located in a wooded area of the island with a fabulous screened porch overlooking a small lagoon. We spent hours relaxing on the porch while watching the birds and deer. We can’t wait to come back!

2023 Family Vacation

This home is one of the best homes we’ve stayed out on Fripp over the past 10 years. We will definitely go back in the near future and ask for this property. Great location very clean large kitchen to have family dinners great back porch to sit on, and watch all of the Fripp nature. All needed amenities are at this home and it’s a great place for making family memories on your vacation. I would definitely give this place a 10.

Beautiful home and area

The house is in a beautiful area on Fripp Island. It is clean, beautifully decorated, with many amenities that will make your stay a pleasure. It is tranquil and quiet with a wonderful screened porch to watch the wildlife or read. The beaches are spectacular and has many points of access. The golf courses are in excellent condition and fun to play. Restaurants were good too. The owners were extremely helpful and answered any questions quickly. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
