Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, parfait pour une famille avec enfants. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Un mini bémol sur la vaisselle mal nettoyée par les locataires précédents, sinon, tout était parfait. Merci à Paule et à Monsieur Hero, le gardien d'immeuble très disponible.

Vacances agréables , au calme , tout à proximité , restaurant , commerce essentiel , plage a 150 m , ou l on peut faire de longues promenades les pieds dans l eau, appart sympa , avec un balcon terrasse , avec une belle vue dégagée, et l accueil très sympatique

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Nous étions 3 (moi, ma compagne et notre fille) et je pense que jusqu'à 4 personnes la surface est tout à fait correcte. Entrée, séjour, kitchenette, WC, salle de bain et chambre, il n'y a aucune sensation de promiscuité. L'appartement est situé au RDC ce qui est un gros avantage pour décharger et charger la voiture mais me faisais craindre un environnement trop bruyant : finalement c'est très calme. Le gardien est très efficace : souplesse dans les horaires d'arrivée ou de départ, coup de fil rapide pour nous trouver une place de parking fixe à la semaine, guidage lors de l'arrivée (ce qui est primordial car les immeubles se ressemblent), vraiment au top ! Aucun besoin de prendre sa voiture pour se rendre sur les plages, aux restaurants ou aux parcs de loisirs : l'emplacement est vraiment très bien.

Appartement très sympa, juste un point négatif concernant les places de parking étant handicapée… les voisins ne sont pas du tout coopératifs, il a fallu se débrouiller tous les jours pour trouver une nouvelle place !!!

bonne situation

dommage au niveau propreté : le canapé date et la propreté du clic clac laisse vraiment à désirer sable trouvé et nombreuses tâches apparentes... vitres à nettoyer...ainsi que le balcon. la situation de l'appartement est avantageuse pour se rendre sur la plage qui reste sauvage et bien agréable les commerces ne sont pas loin , restaurants et nombreuses visites proches de l'appartement exemple les marais salants ...st gilles croix de vie etc.., activités pour les enfants et adultes....

Schöne Woche am Atlantik Ende Mai

Die Wohnung hat eine ausreichende Größe, allerdings sind Toilette und Bad etwas klein. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer großen Anlage von Ferienwohnungen.
