Rural house of 80m2 with terrace and enclosed garden of 600m2 facing south. The cottage is in a private property of 6 hectares of greenery a few kilometers from the beaches of Jard sur Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer.

The cottage has a large living room with well-equipped American kitchen, a master bedroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom with 3 single beds and a baby bed upstairs.
