Our 33m2 space comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6! It features:

• Master bedroom with 1 Double Bed
• Second bedroom with Bunk Bed
• Living area with a sofa bed which can accommodate 1 additional guest, and TV.
• Bathroom with a separate shower room and WC. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided but are available on-site for €12/kit.
• Kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, a microwave and/or a mini-oven, and a coffee maker.

Created by the Fades-Besserve dam, we suggest enjoying the beaches of la Chazotte for some fun in the sun or visiting the local horse riding center. For the more adventurous mountain bikes can be rented nearby and there is great rock climbing available in the area. Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy lunch or dinner lakeside at Bistrot La Chazotte, just a 2-minute drive away.

• You can connect with friends and family using Wi-Fi. Please note that Wi-Fi is low speed.
• Bed linens for €16/kit. Bath linens for €12/kit
• Request to have your beds made on arrival for €10/bed
• Baby beds are available to rent free on-site (upon reservation and according to availability)
• Breakfast service (10€ / adult – 5.5€ / child from 4 to 12 years old not included - Free for children under 4 years old)
• Arrange for early check-in from 11 am for €75/apartment

• Please note that a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person, and a €300 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival
• Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €90
• If the accommodation is not left clean, a cleaning charge between €120 will be made on your deposit
