- a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. This space gives to a west-facing balcony, overlooking the surrounding mountains
- a kitchenette equipped with cupboards, electric stove (4 fires + oven), refrigerator top table and microwaves
- a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilets

The apartment is equipped with blankets, crockery and cooking utensils.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is made by the tenant
