The staff was incredibly friendly. Our room (King suite) was super spacious and comfortable, although it was only 1 bed. I adjusted the coldness on the fridge and it got too warm inside. There were no instructions to indicate which way was colder. Also, no pool, but that's ok! The Bay of Fundy is nearby! The hotel is right off the highway, which is super convenient but not ideal for walking, even though many things are not far. Overall I'd still recommend it.

Such a beautiful property & well maintained. The staff was very helpful in suggesting a restaurant for dinner which we were able to conveniently walk to. Also, the breakfast was delicious with many choices.

It is located near to downtown with an easy access to main roads. It has clean rooms and bathrooms as well as well kept common areas. Staff are friendly at the front desk and restaurant. We had included breakfast and it was very good (nespreso coffee and hot protein choices) offering multiple options. Parking is also included but the only thing I’d be concerned it is the homeless tents in front of the hotel then we are not sure it is safe to walk from the hotel to downtown. We saw a lot of homeless panhandling at the lights. We recommended it if you drive to it.

The hotel is awesome. Rooms are well appointed and cozy. Staff were amazing. Trudy who works the breakfast buffet is so friendly and helpful. She makes the rest of the staff better. Hotel is located in a wonderful part of town, near the Reversing Falls and fairly close to Irving Nature Park and downtown. A nice drive to St. Martin for the caves and the Cave Restaurant which truly does offer the very best chowder. Only small issue was a lack of shower pressure.

The location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is okay. However, there was a bad chemical smell in the room, which caused me a sleepless night and an allergy. The A/C was very loud and not powerful enough to help with the smell.
