Hotel is on the opposite side of the highway from uptown Saint John (which is their downtown). Can walk into the area but it’s a little up and down all over Saint John so it’s a solid 15-20 minute walk. The staff were super friendly and eager to please. Our room had some wall paper pealing off but overall was clean and quiet. Parking indoor was easy. Would stay again.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to uptown. It is centrally located which was nice to access the highway. I found the room too cold and asked for an extra blanket. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Too bad it doesn't have a restaurant of sorts. Only breakfast is offered.

It is a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very large. The parking was underground and heated which easy to access through the elevator. The continental breakfast was fantastic. The laundry facility was an exceptional experience. Fifty cents a load and that’s just to pay for the detergent pod they want you to use. Brand new washer and dryer. Most attractions are a very short drive away.
