Staff was absolutely pathetic with kids, my daughters birthday and she was in tears form be yelled at by an employee. I will be filing out a form and requesting money back . When arriving check in was a 1.5 hr process as there machine would not process credit cards . Not just mine . There was others having issues as well . Forcing us to either drive 4 hrs back home and ruin our 10 year old daughters birthday and new years or make phone calls to try and get a credit card number from family to pay a 50$ deposit for damage . I have stayed there everytime we go to city ( ALOT ) I will never stay here or book with this hotels app again .

Room was clean in a strategic position bear the pool, fitness room... we had unforgettable moment in Hampton inn saint John. We liked the pool and the hot tub. My wife and I profited from the fitness equipment. The hotel is well located at the middke of shopping centers and restaurants. The staffbwas very cheerful and respectful.

The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The two female staff members at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. I mentioned some late evening noise on the upper floor and it seemed to be promptly addressed. I would definitely stay at this Hampton again, when travelling through St. John.
