Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 300 m². Sheets and towels are included, so all you need to do is arrive!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower and a balneotherapy area with a jacuzzi for 2 people, available all year round. The bathroom opens onto the living room
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, travel cot, fan, baby float.
