Chalet du Bois Joli - Two Bedroom Chalet, Sleeps 6

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, this charming chalet with ski resort accessible on foot, shared swimming pool, of a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a small garden. We are waiting for you to enjoy a breathtaking view as well as the surrounding calm with your family or friends!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 20 m² with a sitting area, TV open on a dining area and on the kitchen
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooker, raclette machine, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with washing machine

On the first floor is the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated to make two single beds.
- Open bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) and TV corner

Outside :
- An 8x15m swimming pool (indoor, shared and heated) 2 minutes' walk from the chalet, open from April 1 to September 30 (dates non-contractual). Open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with time slots to be reserved (max. 20 people in the pool).
- A small unfenced garden with a 15m2 south facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days (table, chairs, rocking-chair).
- A bike rack for 3 persons is attached to the chalet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fondue machine, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Visits to cheese dairies,
- Various museums (glasses in Morez).
- Swimming in the lakes.

In winter:
- You can easily access the cross-country skiing or snowshoeing or hiking trails.
In summer:
- A forest is very close to the chalet for walking or biking.
-Tennis and badminton courts.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the chalet.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The train station of Saint Laurent en Grandvaux is 5 minutes away by car
- Geneva airport is 1 hour away by car.

Other remarks :
- For your baby's comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a bathtub, crockery, potty, cot and mattress (up to 3 years) and booster seat (6 months to 15 kg).
- The staircase leading to the mezzanine is very steep, equipped with a ramp and a safety barrier at the top.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). Please contact us to reserve linen as soon as your booking is confirmed.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- All children are under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Use of the stove is strictly prohibited.
- Access to the accommodation is via a few easy-to-climb external steps.
