Cocoonr offers this lovely, fully renovated 40 m² flat for rent on the ground floor of a one-storey house, just 300 metres from the beach! The flat comfortably sleeps 2 people. It comprises a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room, a lovely bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate WC, sunny enclosed garden and terrace, ideal for meals. Bed linen and towels extra. Adults only.

The accommodation comprises
A day area with :
- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher...
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm), which can be pushed together to make a double bed (160×190)
- A shower room (with shower)
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- An enclosed garden with a terrace furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs. Access is via the living room.

Other facilities: washing machine shared by both flats in the residence.

The property is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
Food shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 m from the property. The campsite, just two minutes from the house, offers takeaway food and bread.
You can also take advantage of the various activities on offer: golf, tennis, sailing and surfing.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in one of the free car parks close to the accommodation.

LE REPOS Lieu très propre et lumineux, hôtes accueillant. Les draps ne sont pas fournis et il faut les louer si on en veut... Autre bémol il y a peu de condiments disponibles dans la cuisine. L'expérience générale reste cependant très agréable dans un cadre accueillant, les commodités sont spacieuses et la cuisine est bien conçue avec un lave vaisselle et un plan de travail. Le canapé et les lits étaient très confortables.

LE REPOS "Que dire de ce séjour à par le fait qu'il soit parfait ?! je vais à Saint-Lunaire depuis que je suis bébé. Arrivé à 19h cela n'a posé aucun soucis à Chantal et Christophe, présentation du logement, les instruction avec une bouteille de cidre en cadeau de bienvenue. Avec madame nous étions comblés, terrasse à disposition pour entendre la mer au petit matin autour d'un café, car oui le logement ce situe à même pas 5min de la plage ce qui était parfait pour profiter de cette semaine ensoleillé. Cette même terrasse le soir nous as permis d'admirer les étoiles. Le logement comprend tous le confort possible pour passer un bon séjour, télé avec la TNT ainsi que tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et griller son pain le matin. Salle de bain propre avec douche à l'italienne avec de l'espace, Nos hôtes laisse à disposition plusieurs guide touristique et carte pour visiter les alentours. Je vous recommande les marchés de Saint-Lunaire (le dimanche matin uniquement) et celui de Dinard"

LE REPOS "Points positifs : - emplacement absolument parfait à 300m à pied de la superbe plage de Longchamp - personne sympathique à l'accueil - lits confortables Points négatifs : - il faut amener nos draps… serviettes, torchons, ce qui est peu pratique pour un Airbnb et surtout surprenant étant donné le prix à la nuit. - il n'y a aucun équipement de courtoisie de départ ( ni sel, ni poivre, ni rien de tel ), c'est donc un peu rude si on arrive tard, ou un dimanche. - tout est très petit en réalité ( deux petites chambres, une petite pièce commune, une salle de bain minuscule ). Si vous êtes 4 personnes, il faut vraiment très très bien s'entendre. Pour une ou deux nuits, ok, mais pour une semaine, c'est vraiment riquiqui. Je n'avais pas compris qu'il s'agissait d'une agence qui utilisait Airbnb, ce qui est la raison du prix élevé de la nuit. Je pensais naïvement que le prix élevé garantissait des prestations de qualité, mais les prestations sont basiques. Dommage..."
