The Domaine de Brignon is a family cottage for 12 people located in an old wine farm typical of Anjou. Winegrowers for 14 generations, we are passionate about the history of our estate and we want to share our love for the Anjou region with our guests. Our cottage has been labeled furnished tourism 4**** since 2025.
Behind a gate out of sight, you will enter a square courtyard bordered by different buildings: a 40 m² barn which will be your summer lounge, a heated swimming pool, a cellar (reservation with supplement), and the main house dating from 1840 in tufa and completely renovated in 2024.
Ideal for gathering a group of 12 people with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our site is perfect for your wine tourism excursion!
In this 2300m² set, you will quickly feel immersed in the Saumur vineyards... Large freestone building, falun courtyard, vineyards as far as the eye can see and even our wine estate nearby for a visit or a tasting of our wines.
The cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet, surrounded by vineyards. The whole is fully enclosed, so secure for your children.
Outside, summer kitchen with gas plancha under the old barn, table tennis, table football, dartboard, relaxation lounge, heated and secure swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful travertine terrace, sunbeds, wooden terrace at the exit of the cottage facing south-west, with garden furniture and parasols. Also a lawn area in the centre of the property and a pleasure garden, not to mention the petanque court!
Inside, large dining kitchen of 32m² fully equipped for groups: solid wood table, American fridge, induction hob, espresso machine among others... A friendly living room of 19m² with sofas and television. On the night side: a suite adapted for people with reduced mobility with a bedroom of 14.5m², 2 beds of 80x200cm and accessible sanitary facilities (walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet), a bedroom with a bed of 160x200cm, an adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a suite with a bed of 160x200cm and its bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a bed of 160x200cm, and a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200cm. A bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet is to be shared between these 3 bedrooms. Another separate toilet in the corridor.
On the tourism side, the cities of Saumur, Fontevraud L'Abbaye and the banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away, Angers 50 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou 1 hour away, Futuroscope 1 hour 15 minutes away and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean 1 hour 45 minutes away...
