Come and enjoy the sea air! Le Bel-Air is a flat completely renovated in 2020, ideally located 700 metres from the Corbières beach in St Servan, close to all amenities. This pretty flat sleeps four people and comprises a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. Bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

Appartement sympa il y a eu un souci avec la machine à laver et l appartement me paraissait mieux sur la photo sinon il est fonctionnel sans plus . On a dû faire la lessive à la main .L’appartement est très bien situé et je vous conseille les bus pour se déplacer . Très proche de la mer .

Tres bonne situation, au calme, bien équipé, propre.

Originaire de saint malo, je reviens toujours avec plaisir, mon mari et les enfants ont toujours apprécié nos séjours. St Servan est proche de tout, commerces, balades, et est bien plus calme que d'autres secteurs de la ville.

Saint-Malo schon fast ein Muss

Angenehmes Appartement. Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgerüstet sein. Lage äusserst optimal für Reisen mit dem ÖV. Busstation quasi vor der Haustüre. Strände zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Einziger Makel sind die etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Mieter in der unteren Wohnung durch äusserst lästigen Marijunageruch und deren spezieller Umganston. Trotz allem empfehlenswert auch wenn der Balkon fehlt.
