Very quiet apartment on the ground floor completely renovated in 2018, including 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.
The 1st bedroom has a large double bed and 2 bunk beds on the street side but set back, little noise.
The second a double bed with window on privative garden and closed extremely calm.
The living room includes a kitchen area and a lounge / dining room.
The garden is closed, private and oriented south (no wind), set garden available.
TV and free wifi.
High chair and cot available and a chair booster for children.

Beach Sillon, Thermes Marins and sailing school Surf School are 200 m (2 streets to cross).
All amenities nearby: bakery, medium surface, pharmacy, Italian caterer, excellent cheese, several restaurants. Bus stop to go to intra-Muros without having to park at 50 m from the apartment or to count 20-25 minutes on foot. Rocabey Market or Paramé on Saturday morning (and other days on weekdays) at 5-10 minutes by car.

The apartment was in a great location near to the beach and key shops (supermarket, two boulangerie, and a pharmacy) and was clean. The walled garden is also charming and a great spot for a picnic or to relax with a cup of tea. Parking outside the apartment was usually available.The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we had queries. The Breton cider and biscuits that she left for us were a nice touch. There was also a folder with useful information in English.The only negative issues were the slight smell of damp in the flat, and the airer was broken which made it tricky to dry large beach towels. St Malo is a lovely town and a great place for a holiday.

Location, location, location!

The place was in an excellent location. 3 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Patisserie and grocery store is visable from the front of the unit. We were a family of 4, two teenagers but the place could easily hold 6. Sophie was very accommodating, allowing us early access. She was quick to respond to any questions and left treats for us and the kids. The house had basic essential which was nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location in a lovely town. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious for having two kids.

Sophie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She greeted us at the property on arrival and explained everything that was necessary. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything we needed (appliances, utensils etc). It was nice bonus to have wi-fi, a lovely private garden and spacious living area. It was ideal for us with two small children. Sophie also left some food basics and a bottle of local Cidre. There was a carrefour supermarket and nice patisserie bedside us. The beach is a short walk and the old town is 25 minutes walk, or 5 minute drive. I also felt it was good value. I had looked at the old town but it was too expensive with no parking. Overall we were very happy with our stay over 4 nights and would recommend it. Thanks Padraig & Carole, Ireland

Un sĂ©jour qui s’est parfaitement passĂ©! Nous Ă©tions en couple avec notre enfant d’un an et demi, la location est parfaitement adaptĂ©e Nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© le jardin protĂ©gĂ© du vent et le salon de jardin pour profiter de la soirĂ©e Le petit plus sont les jouets Ă  disposition si l’on vient avec un enfant Surtout la localisation est parfaite! La plage du sillon, intra-muros Ă  pied, sur la route pour aller Ă  Cancale rapidement en voiture et des commerces de proximitĂ© qualitatifs A faire et Ă  refaire! Un grand merci Ă  notre hĂŽte

Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt optimal, um z.B. baden zu gehen und das Meer zu genießen oder in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen zu spazieren. Der Garten bietet Raum, wenn man mal eher Ruhe möchte. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Zu den Haupt-Badezeiten muss man schon mal eine Weile nach einem Parkplatz suchen - aber man findet schon einen. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Nous venons de passer un sĂ©jour de 3 nuits en famille avec 3 enfants. L’appartement est parfaitement situĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© ĂȘtre Ă  deux pas de la plage et dĂ©couvrir Saint Malo. Nous nous sommes sentis comme Ă  la maison dans l’appartement qui a tout ce qu’il faut. La propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able et disponible. La location est idéalement située prÚs de la plage, parfait pour la baignade et de belles promenades en bord de mer jusqu'à Saint-Malo Intra-Muros. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Eine wunderschöne Woche in Saint-Malo

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einem wunderbaren Urlaubsort. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in wenigen Minuten waren wir am Strand und auf der kilometerlangen Promenade. In die Altstadt (Intra-muros) gelangt man leicht, zu Fuß am Strand oder auf der Promenade oder mit dem Bus (Haltestelle vor der TĂŒr). Saint-Malo ist ein toller lebhafter Urlaubsort, AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung (Mont Saint Michel eingeschlossen) gut machbar. Der Strand verschwindet bis auf einen kurzen Abschnitt beim Quartier komplett bei Flut. Samstag Nachmittag findet man keine ParkplĂ€tze, es leert sich aber immer zum Abend, unser Auto stand den Rest der Woche direkt vor der TĂŒr. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist damit etwas dunkel und kĂŒhl, Heizung funktioniert aber gut. Die KĂŒche und das Bad waren super, die Toilette hatte leider kein Fenster. Die Waschmaschine ist zwar uralt, funktioniert aber tadellos. Das vordere Zimmer ist groß und trotz Straßenlahe ruhig. Das hintere Schlafzimmer liegt schön zum Garten. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Schrank dort riecht feucht und muffig und hat Schimmel an der Decke. Wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie klappt super! Und vielen Dank fĂŒr den Cidre! Merci bien Sophie!!!

TrĂšs belle location

Un accueil chaleureux et un appartement rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t. IdĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  deux minutes Ă  pieds de la plage. Il y a un arrĂȘt de bus juste devant pour aller jusqu’à intra-muros. C’est notre meilleur location! Merci Ă  Sophie

L'appartement est bien situé, trÚs bien rénové avec tout ce qu'il faut (y compris internet), le jardin est un plus et permet de prendre les repas à l'exterieur. Le seul vrai point negatif de cet appartement c'est qu'il est affreusement humide dans son ensemble, et particuliÚrement la chambre qui jouxte le jardin ! la proprietaire, accueillante, disponible et arrangeante, devra prendre les mesures adéquates pour remédier à cet inconvénient !

Bon séjour

La propriétaire est trÚs gentille et trÚs attentionnée. Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet appartement trÚs propre et trÚs bien situé. De plus, le jardin est trÚs agréable. Il est proche des commodités et de la plage. On peut se rendre sans problÚme au centre de Saint Malo intra- muros à pied, le long d'une promenade trÚs agréable. Seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu humide, surtout dans la grande chambre.
