Vétusté & propreté

Et oui, bien que le cadre et l'environnement du lieu soient trÚs bien avec un accueil impeccable, l'état de vétusté de l'appartement ne reflÚte en aucun cas les photos misent ligne. Cette appartement n'a jamais été refait depuis au moins 10 ans (si ce n'est plus). La propreté est superficielle et dÚs qu'il faut ouvrir un fond de placard, le frigo ou chercher sous le lit, nous découvrons un étrange paysage.

Logement trop sombre, manque ustensile de cuisine, pas assez equiper,pas de grille pains...etc.. En cas de pluie pas d'endroit pour manger. Proximiter avec les voisins, chiens qui aboient... Taches d.infiltrations sur plafond et murs. Forte odeur d'humiditee, pas de porte dans la chambre, Endroit pour 2 personnes maxi.. Pas de transat, aucun confort. L'acceuil du gerant parfait.... Logement a revoir entierement pour le bien etre des voyageurs...

Die Beschreibung deckt sich weitgehend mit dem Angebot, mehr darf man aber nicht erwarten. Vieles erscheint etwas „gebastelt“, die Instandhaltung könnte besser sein, vor allem fĂŒr den Preis. Das Appartement besteht aus einer offenen WohnkĂŒche, einem mit einer SchiebetĂŒr halbwegs abgetrennten Duschbad und einem Schlafzimmer. Über dem Schlafzimmer liegt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, zur KĂŒche hin offen (Maisonette). PrivatsphĂ€re gibt es durch die offene Bauweise nicht, fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern mag das ok sein. Die vor dem HĂ€uschen befindliche Veranda liegt an einem privaten Durchgangsweg zum Strand, dieser ist etwa 200m entfernt. Den beschriebenen Parkplatz gibt es nicht, das Auto muss am Strand abgestellt werden und dieser ist an Wochenenden stark besucht. Der anfallende MĂŒll muss in den MĂŒlltonnen am Strand entsorgt werden. Toll ist die Lage nahe an Strand und Restaurant.

trĂšs bien placĂ© , tout proche de la plage. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bonne literie. Entretien moyen avec une cabine douche cassĂ©e, une machine Ă  laver en panne ( notre linge a pu ĂȘtre lavĂ© par d'autres moyens) Grosse chaleur , clim fonctionnelle heureusement et beaucoup de moustiques ( prĂ©voir produits) . Pour quelques jours pieds dans l'eau suffisant. ProximitĂ© immĂ©diate avec les voisins. Bien dans l'ensemble.

TrÚs mauvais accueil de la part du couple chargé de gérer l'appartement.

L' Ă©tat des lieux s'est rĂ©sumĂ© Ă  nous annoncer que la machine Ă  laver Ă©tait hors d'usage, la paroi en verre de la douche absente car cassĂ©e, qu'il y avait une infiltration d'eau de pluie juste au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson, que le plancher de la mezzanine se soulevait soit disant Ă  cause des infiltrations d'eau de pluie (au cours du sĂ©jour j'ai rĂ©ussi Ă  le remettre en place uniquement en montant dessus). Constant l'ensemble de ces prestations manquantes ou en mauvais Ă©tat, ainsi que l'Ă©tat de propretĂ© de l'ensemble de l'appartement qui laissait Ă  dĂ©sirĂ©, j'ai voulu faire un Ă©tat des lieux plus dĂ©taillĂ©, mais la gestionnaire de l'appartement a refusĂ©?? A la suite nous avons dĂ©couvert que la machine Ă  cafĂ© ne fonctionnait pas. D'autre part, par temps de pluie, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© le cas Ă  3 reprises pendant notre sĂ©jour, il n'y a pas possibilitĂ© de manger Ă  l'intĂ©rieur autrement qu'assis cĂŽtĂ© Ă  cĂŽte sur la banquette face Ă  une table basse en verre? Pas vraiment du grand confort! Le seul intĂ©rĂȘt de cet appartement c'est ça proximitĂ© avec le lagon.

Calme et idéalement situé ce logement est bien équipé pour un court et moyen séjour. Cependant les barbecues n'étant pas autorisés il manque un petit four électrique. Une adresse à retenir cependant pour un prochain séjour.

Endroit charmant et idéalement situé mais nous avons du faire le ménage en arrivant sur place

Appartement fonctionnel, climatisé et bien équipé avec une localisation ideale. Malheureusement nous avons du faire le ménage à notre arrivée (toiles d'araignée, poussieres, tùches au sol, cheveux dans la douche, produits entamés dans le réfrigérateur, bouteilles vides dans les placards.. .). Au niveau sécurité, un simple verrou en haut d'un volet permet de fermer l'appartement , nous ne laissions donc aucune affaire importante en allant à la plage. C'est dommage car sans ces petits détails cela aurait été réellement parfait.

Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren 2 Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung gewohnt - alles war Top: - problemlose Übergabe der Wohnung vorher und nachher - Wohnung ist hĂŒbsch eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (falls es jemand stört: kein GeschirrspĂŒler vorhanden) - separates Schlafzimmer fĂŒr die Kinder - schöner großer Esstisch auf der (kleinen) Terasse - und das Allerbeste: zum Strand muss man nur ĂŒber die Straße gehen FĂŒr den Preis kann man da nichts falsch machen. Zu beachten: - 300 € Kaution sind bei Ankuft zu hinterlegen - Endreinigung kostet 60 € (oder man macht selber sauber)
