Très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel de St Pierre, les commerces à proximité et au centre de l’île.La maison est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre.

Une maison idéale pour visiter l’île d’Oléron

La découverte de l’île, en vélo avec un enfant de 7 ans a été très agréable. Nous avons pu rayonner depuis Saint-Pierre vers les différents sites, avec l’avantage d’être au pieds des pistes cyclables. La maison est idéalement située au centre de Saint-Pierre et au calme à la fois. Le supermarché est à 5 minutes à pieds donc très simple de s’approvisionner. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée en tout, les lits confortables, la terrasse parfaite pour les repas à extérieur. L’accueil d’Élodie était parfait, un dimanche en plus. Si nous revenons pour un séjour sur l’île ce sera là sans hésiter.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Lage war sehr gut. Alles top!

Superbe séjour

Location totalement conforme à l'annonce. Juste une petite remarque, il manque "du matériel " pour déguster des fruits de mer. Autrement rien à redire si ce n'est que tout est parfait.

Maison calme, propre, spacieuse et reposante

Le propriétaire répond rapidement et avec des informations nécessaires à toutes les questions posées. La maison se trouve dans une petite impasse calme, mais on peut quand même aller à pied en ville. Les photos de l'annonce correspondent à 100% à la réalité. La maison a donc correspondu à nos attentes et la concierge est très charmante et attentive. Nous avions aucun souci. Si jamais nous avons l'intention de revenir à l'Île d'Oléron nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
