Perfektes Häuschen in bester Lage zum Strand & Hafen. Angenehme Nähe zur Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeien, dennoch ruhig gelegen.Gute Ausstattung von Austermesser bis Zeitenplan für Ebbe und Flut ist alles vorhanden.Gastfreundlichkeit pur!Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Agréable séjour, proche plage et commerces

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison avec notre fille de 3 ans. 2 belles chambres qui peuvent accueillir parents et enfants, une grande cuisine et un bel espace extérieur pour manger, se reposer. La localisation est optimale : à 100m de la plage et à 10 min à pieds de la rue commerçante de la Cotiniere.Merci pour les petites attentions et le séjour !

Sejour paisible et agréable

La maison est très bien située, à deux pas de la plage et tout peut se faire à pied ou en vélo (resto, courses, promenades). On gare la voiture dans la cour et on ne s en soucie plus.La maison est bien équipée, il ne manque rien, très agréable. Le jardin est tres mignon, bien exposé et sans vis a vis. Suzon est aussi une hôtesse accueillante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Das Haus war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und es war alles dort was man sich wünschen kann. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Agréable et paisible

Hébergement proche de la Côtinière mais très calme et très pratique. Excursion en catamaran autour de Fort Boyard, une journée à la Rochelle aller retour en bateau.Tout pour un super séjour. Une hôte très attentionnée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos petits-enfants dans cette très belle maison, propre, aux pièces spacieuses et lumineuses, équipée comme un"chez soi"! Nous avons été accueillis par une propriétaire agréable, très gentille, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes! Cette location est très bien située dans le village pittoresque et animé de la Cotinière. Tout se fait à pied : plage et centre ville! une très belle semaine!!!

Escapade en Oléron

Séjour très agréable sur cette magnifique île. Visites du phare de Chassiron, de la citadelle à Château d'Oléron, des salines, promenade en bateau autour du Fort Boyard, sous le Viaduc, et d'autres découvertes ... Balades sur les plages et dégustations des ces succulents produits de la mer. Nous avons adoré cet endroit et le recommandons sans réserve.

Vacances d’été

Maisonnette très agréable et bien située proche du centre de la Cotinière. Un petit jardin compète cette maison avec un BBQ, parfaite pour une semaine au calme et visiter l’Ile d’Oléron.

Hôte charmante et emplacement au top

Emplacement du gîte parfait pour rayonner dans toute l'île à pied ,en vélo et via les navettes gratuites d'été, place de parking et garage pour les vélos. Tout est à portée de main. Logement complet et cosy. A recommander.
