Charming cottage with swimming pool in lush greenery in the heart of Périgord

Come and spend your holidays in the green and calm in our cottage "Au Bout du Chemin". You will be staying on our 13 hectare property, next to our house, while being independent, and will be able to share our secure 4X10m swimming pool with its large terrace. With a beautiful view of the meadows and the forest, you will enjoy the countryside, not overlooked: your only neighbors will be our 2 donkeys and our dwarf goat… and from time to time deer! ! We are ideally located in the heart of Périgord, which will allow you to discover all that this beautiful region can offer you: Périgueux at 17km, and, within a radius of 50km, numerous caves (including the caves of Lascaux), Les Eyzies -de-Tayac (world capital of prehistory), Le Bugue and its unique aquarium, Sarlat, Bergerac, many castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, etc….) , many typical villages (La Roque-Gageac, Limeuil…), a leisure park, canoe trips on the Vézère and the Dordogne, etc.… Without forgetting the good gastronomy and the typical markets! In the village, you will find all the shops and services necessary for the smooth running of your stay. We are 8 km from exit 16 of the A89 and 1 hour 30 minutes from Bordeaux airport.
The old Perigord house of 68m2, completely renovated, classified 3 stars, well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, mini-oven, microwave oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table and iron, vacuum cleaner, television, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, boiler for stays in winter ....) is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with a 140X190 bed and the other with 2 90X190 beds that can be connected to form a large bed of 180X190), a living room kitchen / living room and a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilets. The cottage also has a reading corner for young and old, brochures, maps and tourist guides to make the most of your stay, as well as a safe containing board games and outdoor games. A picnic table, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque area are available outside, and children can enjoy a play area with slide, swing, trampoline, sandpit and playhouse , as well as inflatable games for the pool.
