Located on the border of Indre and Vienne, near the National Natural Park of Brenne, and along the Anglin River, the Domaine de Puygiraud sur l'Anglin invites you to discover its 15-hectare park of green spaces and forest.

You won't want to leave this cottage situated in a quiet, charming, and unique place.

The Domaine is located at the entrance of the 183,000-hectare NATURA 2000 Zone park where numerous activities are possible.

The pavilion has 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms, accommodating a total of up to 14 people, and features an equipped kitchen/living area.

You will have access to your bedroom, private bathroom, the shared kitchen/dining area if other rooms are booked, as well as the workshop on the ground floor, the 15 hectares of the estate, the park, the forest, and the riverside.

The Château is under renovation and is only accessible upon request and accompanied.

We do not yet offer provisions on-site.

The nearest shop (Proxi), bakery, and pharmacy are located in the village of Saint-Pierre-de-Maillé (10 minutes by car).

prachtige locatie

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. De gastheer verwelkomde ons heel vriendelijk bij aankomst. We installeerden ons in het verblijf en kregen daarna een rondleiding over het domein en in het kasteel dat volledig gerestaureerd wordt. De gastheer is een gepassioneerd verteller en het was duidelijk dat zijn hart bij het kasteel, de restauratie en het domein ligt. Terwijl we rondgingen, zagen we wat hij allemaal nog wil bereiken, hij schilderde als het ware een beeld van de toekomst. Prachtige plannen, we zijn heel nieuwsgierig naar hoe het er over een paar jaar uitziet. Het was een buitenkansje om met ons gezin van 3 in een paviljoen te kunnen verblijven. Elk paviljoen bestaat uit 4 slaapkamers en een keuken. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met douche, toilet en lavabo. Misschien belangrijk om te weten: er is geen woonkamer. Onder elk huis is een grote ruimte met schuiframen: Ideaal wanneer het regent. Buiten staan picknicktafels en ligstoelen. De omgeving straalt rust uit. Het riviertje dat langs het domein stroomt was fijn voor de kinderen om in te spelen en zwemmen. Ook de hond was heel welkom op het domein en vond het fantastisch om zoveel ruimte te hebben. Een prachtige locatie ook om foto's te nemen. Het dorpje Saint Pierre de Maillé is charmant en heeft een heel goede bakkerij. In de omgeving zijn voldoende leuke activiteiten te plannen, Poitiers ligt op korte afstand net als enkele chateaus en leuke dorpjes.. Een echte aanrader.
